Return Policy – Summer Fix

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@summerfix.ca within 30 days of receiving your order. We will provide the appropriate return instructions and the return address based on the product concerned.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)

  • Custom-made or personalized products

  • Personal care goods (such as beauty products)

We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

To start a return, please contact us to obtain return instructions. Once your request is approved, we will provide the address where your item should be sent.

Items returned without prior return authorization may not be accepted.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, you will automatically be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
